The best turkey we ever had. Very accommodating and friendly.

thank you

Thank you for your concern. I know you live directly near the site and do not like the animals or farming. Sometimes farming is loud and or has a smell to it. I m sorry you feel this way. We are very fortunate to have this site and vast grass land. The site is a capped landfill and has a membrane 5-8 feet down. The grass roots do not even approach 12 inches into the clean fill that is on top of that. This site is very safe and a healthy environment for the livestock. It is very important to us and our customers to know where our food comes from. We do not buy from grocery stores because of that. If you ever want to come to our farm for a tour and change your view, I will make the time to show you personally around.

I have been going to this farm for several years now. I live in East Boston. I could buy the cheap stuff around here and save on gas but there are several reasons I go. I like driving, I love farms having grown up on Long Island I had chickens and pigeons. I love the taste and selection of the store. I once needed burgers for a bbq in NY and couldn't get out to the farm like normal. I emailed them asking of they could stay open longer because I was going to try and get to them in spite of the holiday traffic. They had no problem doing that. I wound up buying $200 worth of meat. The meat is a bit more expensive than supermarket stuff but it is cheaper when you buy more. That and the fact it's origin is known, whereas you have no idea what happened to your supermarket meat before it wound up in the display case. I travel from East Boston to go here, if you live closer...you have no excuse not to at least check it out. Have an awesome day.
